Our client is one of the World's leading providers of legal services. They are looking for a senior Solicitor / Associate / Partner for their Liverpool office.

Your caseload will be non-contentious and will include commercial contracts work, outsourcing, supply agreements, agency distribution, and joint venture work.

Although general commercial contracts experience is preferred, candidates with more specialist non-contentious IT and / or IP experience will also be considered.
